Let me give you the meat of the report:
“The IPCC assessments are important because they form the scientific basis of U.N. negotiations on a new climate deal.”
In other words, they give the corrupt UN a basis of which to control advancing economies and extort wealth. Period.
“One of the most controversial subjects in the report was how to deal with a purported slowdown in warming in the past 15 years. Climate skeptics say this “hiatus” casts doubt on the scientific consensus on climate change. Many governments had objections over how the issue was treated in earlier drafts and some had called for it to be deleted altogether.”
Of course. Recent scientific data that would conflict with the UN agenda should be deleted, right? Wouldn’t want to foul up the consensus by allowing the science to continue.

Just so you know Cluster, I’m planning to be here next year regardless of how pathetically you try to frame the bet. And really, the evidence keeps mounting that you will have to frame the bet very pathetically indeed! But don’t despair, my tragically misinformed friend, I’m sure you’ll come up with something. I just hope it’s creative enough to make me laugh and not just shake my head.

What bet is that? That the UN will buy more limousines with the money they reap from advancing economies? That all the members of the UN will charter private jets to attend their next conference? That world governments will allocate a few million more dollars and offer them as “grants” to the group of “consensus” scientists? Good thing they brushed over that 15 year pause.

I stand by my assessment: Cluster is a dishonest idiot.
